Legal Assistant
Are you the one who always stepped up when someone asked, “Who can handle this?” with a confident “I’ve got it”? Have you been dubbed the master of multitasking, able to juggle multiple responsibilities without missing a beat? If you're nodding along, Simpson Law Firm might just have the perfect spot for you on our team.
We’re a fast-growing, high-volume estate planning law firm with offices in both Fort Mill, SC and Charlotte, NC. We’re looking for an Estate Planning Paralegal/Legal Assistant who thrives in a busy environment and is excited about the opportunity to grow with a supportive, client-focused team.
This role involves significant daily in-person client interaction—you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face clients rely on throughout their estate planning journey. If you're someone who thrives on meaningful, face-to-face interactions and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this may be the perfect fit. You’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys with document execution, client communication, scheduling, and keeping matters on track with precision and care.
At Simpson Law Firm, we value warmth, professionalism, and excellence. You’ll be a critical part of our client experience, guiding clients through signings and consultations with empathy and confidence. If you pride yourself on strong organization, clear communication, and an eagle eye for detail, you may be exactly who we're looking for.
This position is a great fit for someone who excels at client interaction, finds satisfaction in precise, detailed work, enjoys managing multiple projects, and is eager to keep learning and improving.
We value hard work—but we also believe in the power of a supportive team and a positive, people-centered culture.
