An Ongoing Commitment to Your Peace of Mind

An annual membership program to ensure your estate plan will take care of your family when it matters most. Members receive priority access to our team, complimentary plan reviews and updates, 24/7 secure online access to your important documents, discounted pricing for family members, and more.

Your estate planning is about more than a will or a trust that you create once, put in a drawer, and never look at again as you breathe a sigh of relief.  As time passes, your life changes, the law changes, and your assets change.

That’s why we offer the Family Care Program (“FCP”) to our Estate Planning clients. Our FCP is designed to ensure that your plan shifts, changes, and grows with you and your family over time.

Efficiently ~ Effectively ~ Affordably

Life changes, and so do you!

Tax Laws

Changing tax laws can significantly impact your estate plan. Navigating this territory can be complex: you want a trusted advisor who understands the changes and what they mean for you.

Family Circumstances

Life is full of changes:  births, aging children, marriage, divorce, death and health challenges.  Avoid an out-of-date estate plan that does not accurately reflect your current circumstances.

New Assets

New accounts, life insurance, real estate, business interests, and inheritance should not be left out as your assets change.

Priorities

Your preferences for distributing your wealth may have shifted in the last 10 years.  Ensure your wishes are carried out according to your current desires.

Why Join Our FCP?

Our FCP provides your family peace of mind in knowing your plan will work when they need it.

At Simpson Law Firm we are committed to making sure your estate plan is not only completed, but completed with the utmost attention to detail and accuracy.

But circumstances change. The last thing we want is for our clients to have any lingering worry that their estate plan is “not quite right.”   We want our clients to feel supported beyond the signing of their Estate Plan.

Look back at your life just three years ago: consider how much has changed. If you created a plan back then, would all your choices and decisions still be the same? Would the inventory of your assets even still apply? Have there been changes in your life, assets, or the law that need to be incorporated to ensure your plan works for the people you love?   Maybe you thought about reaching out to your lawyer to address a new concern or family change but were afraid of what it might cost.

The FCP is an assurance that throughout life’s changes, the security your plan provides is a constant; it is our commitment to your future and the legacy you leave behind.
