  • Implement client-requested changes between draft delivery and signing and be available to make real-time edits during signings as needed.

  • Review signing documents one day prior to signing to ensure dates, witnesses, and notary information are correct.

  • Utilize and learn various software platforms, including Microsoft Word, Excel, OneDrive, Clio, Lawmatics, and Interactive Legal.

  • Proactively monitor and respond to department communication channels, maintaining clear and effective communication with attorneys, legal coordinators, fellow drafters, and the drafting manager.

  • Maintain high standards of written communication by identifying and correcting typos and grammatical errors.

  • Work closely with attorneys to learn and adapt to individual stylistic and organizational preferences.

Requirements

  • Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English.

  • Extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to think on your feet.
