Client Intake Specialist

Do you love making a great first impression? Are you the kind of person who picks up the phone with a smile, follows up without being reminded, and keeps a dozen details straight without breaking a sweat? If so, Simpson Law Firm may have the perfect opportunity for you.

Simpson Law Firm is a growing estate law firm serving families throughout North and South Carolina. We are looking for a Client Intake Specialist to join our Client Intake Department in our Fort Mill, SC office.

This role is the first point of contact for people reaching out to our firm, and it sets the tone for their entire experience with us. The ideal candidate is warm, upbeat, highly responsive, and organized, with a natural ability to turn a phone call or email into a scheduled consultation.

This is a great opportunity for someone returning to the workforce after time at home raising a family or caring for loved ones, or for someone with customer service, front-desk, or office experience who is ready for a steady, meaningful role. We value the professionalism, patience, and sound judgment that come from real-world experience, and we offer a consistent, in-office weekday schedule with a supportive team.

The Client Intake Specialist will answer incoming calls and emails, schedule consultations for our estate planning, estate administration, and guardianship services, keep client records accurate in our practice management systems, prepare for client meetings, and help keep our office running smoothly day to day.

We value hard work, attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive, people-centered culture. If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a growing firm where your work directly impacts clients and the team around you, we would love to hear from you.
