Meet JP Rankin!

Hailing from San Diego, California, JP proudly joins Simpson Law Firm in its mission to provide the best estate planning services to families in the Carolinas!

Among JP’s greatest assets are a keen attention to detail, a comprehensive knowledge of estate planning statutes, and a big heart: before moving to Charlotte in 2021, he worked with families struggling to get their financial affairs in order, helping them pursue better lives and better futures.

JP is especially passionate about helping his clients make sense of the complexities of estate planning with thorough yet simple consults (and striking up a laugh or two whenever he gets a chance).

A West Virginia native, Karen joins us as our client intake specialist.

Karen is among the first faces to greet all our clients, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! She loves hearing our clients’ stories, making connections with them, and helping figure out the best way to help them. If you want to start an estate plan but feel overwhelmed by the prospect, Karen is your person: after she helps you get started and connects you with an attorney, you’ll wonder why you ever worried at all!
